- 6:35 p.m. Public Hearing to receive input on a proposed Plat Amendment (Lot Addition and Boundary Adjustments).
This is to serve as notice of a plat amendment change to the North Logan Subdivision Plat which is part of the S.W. ¼ of Section 14, Township 12 North, Range 1 East, of the Salt Lake Base and Meridian, located in the City of North Logan, County of Cache, State of Utah. The address of the subdivision is at about 940 East and 2500 North.
The changes are a boundary adjustment, shifting the boundary lines for Lots 1 & 2 and creating a new Lot 3. These boundary adjustments create a Flag Lot on Lot 2. There is one additional lot being proposed with this plat amendment (Lot 3).
